OTHER ITEMS TO KEEP IN MIND:

If you are currently enrolled in credits at a college or university, request official transcripts from those institutions to be sent to the Office of Admissions after you have completed your last course.

Students who graduated from high school outside of the state of Minnesota and/or students who have not had their tetanus/diptheria vaccine within the last ten years need to submit an immunization record form.
