Online Dental Hygiene Program Application

To start your dental hygiene online application, please begin by entering the email address you used when applying for admission to Minnesota State University, Mankato.

If the form does not submit, you can retry with multiple email addresses. The most likely reason it does not submit is you were not accepted to the University with this email address.

Once logged in, please complete your Online Dental Hygiene Program application.

Do I qualify to apply?

To qualify for this program, you must meet these criteria:

  • Successful completion of a program in Dental Hygiene accredited by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation or current enrollment in a program
  • License to practice dental hygiene or eligible for licensure
  • A minimum grade point average of 2.0

If you are currently enrolled in a 2-year degree dental hygiene program, you can still apply and start the program early.
